- In Estonia, full-time work is 40 hours per week; overtime must be compensated
- If you sign an employment contract immediately after entering the EU, your employer must pay you the Estonian average gross salary of €2011/month
- The employer must provide safety equipment and necessary training
The awareness campaign “Protecting Foreigners’ Employment Rights to Prevent Human Trafficking” is funded 75% by the Internal Security Fund (project “Prevention of Serious Hidden Crimes”) and 25% by the state budget.
