Inhumane Working and Living Conditions

Are your living conditions in Estonia inhumane – no heating, dirty or tiny rooms, or places unfit for living? Is your employer forcing you to work under unreasonable conditions – such as no rest breaks or no proper tools?

The employer must guarantee a safe and humane working and living environment. Sleeping on the floor, cold rooms, and unclean living areas are not acceptable, and you have the right to refuse to live or work under such conditions. Also, the employer cannot deduct accommodation or transport costs from your salary. You have the right to clean and decent working and living conditions!
