Restrictions on Freedom of Movement
Does your employer forbid you from leaving the workplace during your free time or control your movements? Do you feel like your freedom to move is unreasonably restricted?
Your employer has no right to control your movement, monitor your whereabouts, or limit your freedom. In Estonia, everyone has the right to freedom of movement, which means no one can decide where you go or what you do in your free time.
Everyone is free to choose their job, employer, and working conditions. If you feel that your freedom to decide or move around is being restricted, or you are prevented from leaving work or kept isolated, this may be a sign of human trafficking or forced labour.
